Case Study: A Complete Website for Dharan Multiple Campus (DMC)

Dharan Multiple Campus (DMC) has more than 35 years of history and offers NEB, Bachelor, and CTEVT programmes, including a B.Tech in Food Technology. The campus needed a website that would help students, parents, and alumni find clear information in one place.

The Challenge

An education website is often the first contact a prospective student has with a campus. It needed to answer real questions: what can I study, what will I learn, how do I apply, and who will teach me. It also had to be easy for campus staff to update.

What We Built

• Programmes section covering NEB, Bachelor, and CTEVT programmes.
• Curricula pages for B.Tech Food Technology, Science XI and XII, and Diploma Food.
• Separate admission pages for each programme, so applicants see only what is relevant.
• Notices and circulars that staff can publish themselves.
• Events and gallery sections showing campus life.
• Faculty profiles with names, photos, and departments.
• Downloads library for notes, handbooks, and study materials.
• Leadership messages from the Principal and Campus Chief.
• Alumni, FAQs, and contact pages with a map and contact form.

Technology

The site is built with Laravel and Filament, with Tailwind CSS for a responsive design and MySQL for data. Every major section can be managed from the admin panel without a developer.

• Organise the site around the visitor, not the institution chart.
